The original intention of research and development
Traditional self-cleaning filters usually discharge impurities separately by physically intercepting them, which often leads to the waste of a lot of useful liquid materials. This is a common drawback or problem of self-cleaning filters at present. Traditional solid-liquid separation requires a high solid-liquid ratio of materials, and the humidity of impurities discharged is usually unsatisfactory;
Based on this pain point, the solid-liquid separation intelligent recovery system developed by our company adopts a special structure, which has no special requirements for the solid-liquid ratio and can achieve the effect of removing dry impurities.
Working principle
The liquid flows in from the inlet N1 of the filter, and is filtered inward from the outer surface of the filter element. The lower end of the filter element is connected to the outlet N2, and the liquid flows out from the outlet;
When a certain amount of impurities are intercepted on the surface of the filter element, the cleaning program is executed at a fixed time or according to the set pressure difference. The deceleration motor drives the scraper on the outer surface of the filter element to rotate and scrape off the impurities on the outer surface of the filter element. The impurities leave the surface of the filter element along the scraper and fall into the bottom collection chamber of the filter with the downward liquid. Impurities accumulate in the collection chamber;
The sewage valve automatically opens at a fixed time to discharge the liquid containing high concentration impurities from the sewage outlet N3 into the solid-liquid separation intelligent recovery system. The return pump starts to recycle the discharged material through the system and enter the filter for secondary filtration. The impurities are then dried and discharged from the equipment.
The solid-liquid separation intelligent recovery system adopts an induction device that can automatically sense the slag content in the chamber and adjust the slag discharge frequency.
